Sana’a – SABA:
Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi reaffirmed Yemen’s firm and principled stance in fully supporting the Palestinian people, whether through strikes deep into occupied Palestine or by enforcing a ban on Israeli ships.
In his speech today regarding the latest developments in the aggression against Gaza and regional and international updates, the Sayyed said:
“The Yemeni position was never, as the criminal infidel Trump claimed, based on pleas or surrender from Yemen. That is further than the sun and utterly impossible. The American statement is not the result of begging or surrender; rather, it is mere bluster, which Trump is known for.”
He noted that the Americans escalated in their second round of air and naval strikes, but failed — they did not affect military capabilities, nor did they halt operations or shake the will of the Yemeni people, who continue to march weekly in massive millions across hundreds of squares.
He added, “Faced with American failure to influence our capabilities and firm stance, the U.S. ended up opting to halt its attacks — as they announced and communicated to our brothers in the Sultanate of Oman.”
He continued, “Our stance has not diminished, retreated, or weakened. With all its strength and integrity, at no point in the course of this conflict has it ever crossed our minds to speak to a criminal enemy with a tone of surrender, pleading, or weakness.”
Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik confirmed that the clear and declared priority of the Yemeni people is to support the Palestinian people in confronting the Zionist enemy.
He added: “Our priority is to support the Palestinian people and their dear fighters. The Americans launched an aggressive round and we confronted them.”
He continued:
“Our clear and declared priority is supporting the Palestinian people against the Israeli enemy. The Americans, along with the British, attacked our country in the first round to support the Israeli enemy — before stopping based on the understandings in the Gaza Strip.”
He added, “We resumed our support operations after Trump’s statements about displacing Palestinians and his strong support for the genocide in Gaza. The Americans then launched another round of aggression on our country, hoping to accomplish what they failed to achieve previously — but they failed again. They escalated further against our country, but suffered even greater losses.”
Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi pointed out that the U.S. destroyed many civilian facilities, resulting in hundreds of martyrs and injured among the dear people of Yemen. However, they utterly failed to stop the operations, destroy capabilities, or break the will of the Yemeni people.
He affirmed that if the Americans engage in a third round of aggression, Yemen is fully prepared to confront them and will lie in wait with reliance upon God Almighty.
He added:
“As a Yemeni people, based on our faith, we act according to the Quranic standards: humble to the believers, mighty against the disbelievers. Our slogan ‘Death to America, Death to Israel’ is raised on every occasion as the strongest expression of faithful pride. Our actions — our missiles, drones, warboats, and the firmness of our political stance — all clearly reflect this faithful dignity.”
He said, “If our people's position — the position of the Yemen of faith — was not impactful, the Americans wouldn’t have mobilized all their capabilities, aircraft carriers, and bombers. If our stance were merely theater, they wouldn’t have been so alarmed and mobilized to the fullest.”
The Sayyed explained that the scale and intensity of the raids, along with all the American mobilization, reflects the significant effectiveness of the Yemeni stance — by God's help and guidance. At the same time, the effectiveness of the Yemeni military operations means that Yemen is in a strong and coherent position.
He added, “As the Yemeni people, we moved in our supportive stance toward the Palestinian people against the Israeli enemy from a position of faith — and we witnessed God’s assistance, victory, and support.” He affirmed that the course of direct support for the Palestinian people, especially in maritime operations and the navigation ban on Israeli vessels, achieved full and complete success. He also pointed out that operations targeting deep inside occupied Palestine against the Israeli enemy using drones and missiles continued with growing momentum.
He continued, “There is a positive shift with the increased support operations, while at the same time we are confronting American aggression. We intensely targeted aircraft carriers, and the scandal of the downed F-18s revealed the impact of these operations. The crash of an F-18 last Tuesday happened during a sharp turn by the aircraft carrier in response to a Yemeni operation shortly before the American announcement.”
Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik explained that the rallies, demonstrations, and public mobilization activities continue across Yemen — totaling more than 1.9 million diverse activities over the span of 19 months.
He added, “Our people are extremely active, and our position remains steadfast, rooted in faith. The martyrdom of our people and the Israeli enemy’s targeting of civilian sites does not shake the strength of our stance.”
He continued, “If we hadn’t taken a stand, we wouldn’t have secured stability and safety for ourselves, because our nation is targeted. Some lose everything — blood and wealth — in meaningless, misguided causes. Others exhaust themselves offering resources to the American and Israeli enemies for futile agendas and unjust causes,” citing what is currently happening in Sudan as an example of severe bloodshed, financial loss, and general collapse.
The Sayyed went on, “We are in a position that is worth sacrificing for the sake of God — sacrifices that are recognized by Him, and sacrifices that shape a resilient reality to face challenges. What we are building stands on solid ground, not a weak or fragile foundation.”
He said, “We are building even on the economic level — even if we’re starting not just from zero, but from below zero — yet this is still construction on a solid base and strong principles.” He affirmed that patience is one of the core requirements of this honorable stance, and patience is part of faith. This, he said, has vital, promising, and great results in the future.
He explained, “Our nation is drowning in crises, and some are depleted by what they offer to their enemies. But what we offer for the sake of God yields great rewards in both this world and the next. We will not be weakened, nor broken, nor subdued by any attack or destruction. Willpower, dignity, and faith are stronger than all of that.”
He continued, “To preserve our human dignity, our freedom, our faith-based honor, and our will — that is far more important than any factory or facility that gets targeted and can later be rebuilt even better.” He emphasized that the true loss is when a nation or people lose their human dignity, their faith, and their future with God — when they surrender to the enemy, with all the resulting disasters in both this life and the next.
Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi clarified that sacrifices made for the sake of God are not losses — they hold value and significance and bring measurable and tremendous outcomes. The true loser, he said, is the one who loses God’s pleasure.
He spoke about the effectiveness of the Yemeni front supporting the Palestinian people and their just cause, including the support for Gaza. He added, “Our country resumed its fully integrated stance — militarily, officially, and popularly — in support of the Palestinian people ever since the genocide resumed.”
He clarified that from the 15th of Ramadan to the 9th of Dhu al-Qa’dah, Yemeni support operations totaled more than 131, executed with 253 ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, hypersonic missiles, and drones. He emphasized that this large number of operations was carried out despite the intense American aggression on Yemen.
He continued, “This week, we carried out several operations using 10 missiles and drones targeting Yafa, Ashkelon, the Negev, Umm al-Rashrash, and occupied Haifa.” He confirmed that the impact of the operation targeting Lod Airport — known by the Israeli enemy as "Ben Gurion Airport" — was widespread internationally and sparked significant commentary from experts and analysts.
Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi stated that one of the most prominent and successful Yemeni operations this week was the significant and well-executed strike on Lod Airport, stressing that this attack had far-reaching resonance and notable impact, given the airport’s strategic importance and sensitivity for the Israeli enemy.
He pointed out that Lod Airport holds strategic significance, heavily relied upon by the enemy as a primary gateway connecting occupied Palestine with the world. It is heavily fortified with layered air defense systems, including recently added American "THAAD" systems.
He explained that there are four protective layers and multiple defense systems guarding Lod Airport, yet the operation succeeded, with clear documentation and footage confirming the missile’s arrival — an event with major implications.
He emphasized that the Lod Airport strike exposed the Israeli enemy’s vulnerability to Yemeni missiles and revealed the failure of both American and Israeli defensive shields. He noted that major international airlines suspended their flights to the Zionist entity, leading to a sharp decline in traveler numbers and significant losses in the tourism and commercial sectors. The attack prompted more than thirty thousand Zionists to flee to shelters, and operations at the airport were frozen for a critical period.
The Sayyed also discussed the atmosphere of fear and panic spreading among Zionists, highlighting its strategic importance in pressuring the Israeli enemy. He mentioned that Israeli media reported 27 foreign airlines canceling their flights to "Ben Gurion Airport" until further notice.
He confirmed that the U.S. carried out around 200 aggressive airstrikes and naval attacks on Yemen this week, most of which targeted civilian infrastructure.
He added, “The American failure to support the Israeli enemy forced the Israelis to directly join the aggression against our country.”
He went on, “Everything the Israeli enemy targeted were known and clear civilian sites. This reflects the American and Israeli failure to confront Yemen’s military capabilities. Their main objective has been to neutralize our military operations — but they have failed.”
He stressed that the enemy’s failure to strike Yemen’s capabilities led it to target civilian objects and attempt to harm the Yemeni people to pressure them. He warned that the enemy aims to undermine the Yemeni people's will, stance, and resilience.
He said, “The aggression targets our people as a whole — their services, their livelihoods. Its purpose is to break their will and weaken their stance in supporting operations against the enemy.” He affirmed that the targeting of Yemeni interests clearly shows that the American and Israeli enemies are adversaries to the Yemeni people as a whole — not just a specific group.
Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik noted that the second wave of American escalation in Yemen lasted from the 15th of Ramadan to the 9th of Dhu al-Qa’dah — more than a month and a half — with over 1,712 air and naval strikes.
He said, “There was a clear escalation in the second wave of American aggression to support the Israeli enemy — but it failed miserably.”
He reaffirmed that the American escalation did not affect Yemen’s military capabilities, did not stop operations, and did not shake the people’s resolve — which continues to manifest weekly.
He added, “When the Americans launched the second round, they escalated air and naval strikes — but failed miserably. They couldn’t affect our capabilities, halt our operations, or dent the people’s will.”
The Sayyed began his speech by addressing the Israeli enemy’s crimes in Gaza over the past 19 months, describing them as brutal and barbaric acts that constitute the crime of the century and ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people in Gaza.
He expressed deep regret that such a crime could take place in the heart of the Islamic world, targeting part of the Ummah, while the entire world watches and listens. He noted that while other genocides throughout history were revealed afterward, the genocide in Palestine is broadcast live via satellite television.
He emphasized that these crimes carry a heavy burden of responsibility for the Islamic nation — led by the Arabs. He pointed out that the neglect by Arabs and Muslims in fulfilling their sacred duty of jihad in the path of God and standing against oppression has no justification and leads to divine anger.
He said, “When the Islamic Ummah falls under God’s wrath and displeasure, this has dire consequences in both this world and the next.”
He warned of the grave dangers and negative outcomes that result from abandoning such immense and sacred responsibilities.
He added, “It is deeply painful and shameful that the Islamic Ummah — led by hundreds of millions of Arabs — watches daily as Palestinian children and civilians are massacred in horrific atrocities.” He stressed that the burden of responsibility lies heavily on the Ummah, and its continued ignorance of what is happening in Gaza does not exempt it from the consequences of its negligence.
Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik stated that as the crimes and oppression increase daily, so does the responsibility and consequence before God Almighty. He warned that neglecting these noble, collective, and divine duties will have immediate consequences in this life.
He added, “Many people may feel content with their choice to abandon these responsibilities — only to face consequences far worse than what they sought to avoid. The lack of faith in God’s promises and warnings is a dangerous state of mind, and it fuels the misguided positions and paths that defy divine commands.”
He concluded, “From an objective perspective, we can clearly see that neglecting to confront the Israeli enemy poses a real danger to the entire Ummah.” He affirmed that the Ummah is in a very dangerous condition when it ignores the Israeli enemy — who is an enemy to all, not just the Palestinian people.
He emphasized that the Israeli enemy does not target one group exclusively — it targets everyone with total destruction. He reiterated that the Islamic Ummah has failed in its great and sacred duty, whether due to fear, desire, or harmful ideological influences.
Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi stated that greed, fear, and negative influences have stripped the Islamic Ummah of its humanitarian sense, sense of responsibility, conscience, values, and morality.
He went on, “Fear leads to abandoning immense and vital responsibilities, and the consequences of this abandonment are far more dangerous than the very things people fear — both in this world and the next. It is deeply sorrowful, shameful, and disgraceful to witness the Islamic Ummah, led by the Arabs, stand idly by as the Palestinian people are killed and starved in Gaza.”
He pointed out that the Israeli enemy does not allow the Palestinian people in Gaza any chance for stability and targets them with every possible means. He emphasized that the responsibility upon the Islamic Ummah toward the Palestinian people is massive, and ignorance of this responsibility never absolves the Ummah from the consequences and burden of its negligence.
He said, “The greater the scale of this injustice and crime in Gaza, the greater the Ummah's responsibility — and the heavier its burden before God.” He added that the Zionist agenda toward Arabs and Muslims is clear, and their view is the same toward all — even those who normalize relations or support them.
He added, “Some Arab kings and leaders may go so far as to kill someone simply for a truthful critique — yet the Zionist ideology, which sees them as beneath the level of donkeys or animals, does not provoke their anger.” He clarified that the Zionist belief system is not a mere opinion — it’s an ideology upon which policies are built to violate the sanctity of Muslims, especially Arabs.
Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik noted that both religious Zionism and secular Zionism share the same hostile culture toward our Ummah — a culture that’s tied to a concrete plan. Their common goal is to dominate our region, and they compete to fulfill the objectives of their project: 'Greater Israel'.
He highlighted ongoing "taming steps" to fully dominate and eventually destroy Al-Aqsa Mosque and replace it with the mythical temple. He affirmed that the operations of the mujahideen in Gaza reflect the effectiveness, resilience, and unwavering stance of the resistance fighters.
He continued, “This level of steadfastness and bravery from the mujahideen and the Palestinian people deserves the full support of the Ummah. The Palestinian people possess strong moral foundations for resistance but need the Ummah’s practical support and backing.” He pointed out that despite Israel’s massive capabilities and full support from the U.S. and Western countries, it still faces resistance.
He asked, “In light of this Western support for the enemy, why doesn’t our Ummah stand with the Palestinian people — within the framework of its responsibilities and in a way that serves its own security and repels dangers?”
The Sayyed referenced demonstrations and humanitarian efforts aimed at breaking the Israeli siege on Gaza. He said, “There have been demonstrations in Arab countries — and even some European nations — as well as humanitarian efforts to break the Israeli siege on Gaza.”
He also noted student activism in American universities, despite the heavy-handed pressure exerted by the Trump administration.
Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik called upon the Yemeni people to take part in a massive, million-strong demonstration tomorrow — in gratitude to God for America’s failure, in defiance of the Israeli enemy, and as a reaffirmation of Yemen’s unwavering stance in support of the Palestinian people and its noble fighters.
He said, “Our operations, public activities, and million-strong marches are living proof of our faith-based resilience. The turnout last week was massive, honorable, and glorious — and tomorrow’s march will be a celebration of America’s great failure and a message of steadfastness and defiance in the face of the Israeli enemy, and in support of the Palestinian people.”
He stressed the importance of ensuring a wide, massive turnout in Sabeen Square in the capital, Sana’a, as well as in other public squares across governorates and districts.
He stated that despite the American escalation, the Yemeni people have continued to march by the millions in hundreds of squares — in demonstrations unlike any seen elsewhere in the world.
Revolution Leader Sayyed Abdulmalik also extended advice and reminders to all Islamic governments and regimes concerning the ongoing tensions between India and Pakistan. He warned of American incitement against Pakistan, and called for serious efforts to contain this tension and thwart U.S. attempts to spark a large, devastating war between the two nations.
He praised Iranian efforts to de-escalate tensions between India and Pakistan, emphasizing the need for greater and broader initiatives to manage the crisis, adding that the U.S. has ulterior motives in fueling such conflicts and chaos.
