Decision of the President of the Political Council on the Sanctions List for Supporters of the Zionist Entity
Decision of the President of the Supreme Political Council No. (69) for the year 1446 AH regarding the sanctions regulations for supporters of the usurping Zionist entity
The decision comprises fifty-six articles distributed across six chapters as follows:
- Chapter One: Title, Legal Basis and Definitions
- Chapter Two: Designation
- Chapter Three: Prohibited Activities
- Chapter Four: Sanctions and Consequences of Violations
- Chapter Five: Licenses and Exceptions
- Chapter Six: General Provisions
Article (56), the final article of the decision, stipulates that this list shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette in both Arabic and English.
